Twitter Product Launch: GIF Button
Collaborated on the in-product messaging and marketing for the global launch of the GIF button in Tweet composition.
Launch concepts included a global hashtag and a brand new thought technology, the GIFstorm. Launch-day results featured:
- More than 407,000 Tweets using the campaign hashtag
- Highest ranked worldwide trending topic for five hours
- 4.5 million impressions and more than 101,000 engagements from 20 Tweets from @Twitter
- At least 1,000 #GIFparty Tweets per minute for more than two hours
- An unbelievably fortuitous exchange with Mr. Rick Astley

Helped create the campaign launching hearts on Tweets, resulting in
the most Retweeted Tweet ever published from @twitter.

Twitter Consumer Marketing: National Punctuation Day
Developed the copy and concept to celebrate National Punctuation Day on Twitter.
Helped create new naming, taxonomy, and metadata through content analysis and user testing to update the global navigation and information architecture for the newly responsive Norton website.
Collaborated with UX and Visual design teams to simplify the proprietary Norton checkout to create consistence and ease on all devices.
Led all online messaging efforts for Norton’s global 2014 protection product launch.
Created a new campaign and purchase flow targeted at the emerging market of Mac users.
Launched rapid reaction to new a threat to Mac machines.
Launched collaboration with Marvel for the release of Iron Man 2 in the U.S.
Created campaign copy targeting visitors arriving at San Francisco International for Oracle OpenWorld.
